Enrollment Process

All  youth who are considered for enrollment must have a Pre-Placement Summary filled out by the parent or guardian.

Summary must accompany signed releases for records from former psychiatrists, psychologists, school counselors, etc.

Once we have received the completed summary, the records that we request from you and the application fee we will staff the case.

We will endeavor to respond to you within 24 hours with a preliminary acceptance. All parents at their request, may receive a tour of the facility prior to placement.

 Tuition and Fees

Victory Forge utilizes a tuition fee schedule for enrollment.

PREPAID DISCOUNTED Annual Tuition is $25,200.00 An additional one time application fee of $125.00 and an annual *equipment and curriculum fee of $3,400.00.

Option 2-  $5,500.00 due at enrollment and 11 equal installments of $2,409.00 beginning 30 days after enrollment.

Option 3-  6 months prepaid: $16,843.20 due at enrollment and 6 equal installments of $2,268.64 beginning 30 days after enrollment.

Financial Obligation
The cost of operating the Academy must be budgeted on an annual basis. For this reason cadets are accepted the entire school year, and upon entrance a valid and binding contract is in force for the entire calendar year. In the event of dismissal or withdrawal, the balance of growth and other charges, less credits, becomes immediately due and payable. No credit  will be given for that portion of the year the student is not in attendance.

Additionally, because the Academy's budget is tuition driven, payments are required in a timely fashion. Any payment not received in the Academy's business office by the date due will be assessed a $25.00 late charge. As stated in the contract, should any amount become delinquent, grades and transcripts will be held until the account is settled. Delinquent accounts may be forwarded to an outside agency for collection. Failure to make payments by the due date may result in a cadet's separation.

NOTE: If you decide to withdraw your son against the guidance of the Academy then all tuition and fees paid will be forfeited. The balance due will be payable upon demand.
